Before you start, we want you to know that unlike some companies, we do not charge you anything upfront just to come to you. We also understand that your time is valuable and we would not want to waste your time or promise you anything that we could not keep. So, we encourage you to take a moment and read this notification before you set up an appointment with us.
- Mobile service is only available for the following cities: Arvada, Boulder, Broomfield, Erie, Lafayette, Louisville, Longmont, Thornton, Superior However, mountain (like Sunshine Canyon area in Boulder), remote (like some parts of Niwot), or outside of these cities (like Lyons) are not covered with mobile service. If your address comes up in a different city on Google Maps, rather than our mobile service coverage areas, we apologize in advance that your appointments will be cancelled automatically. Just to make it more clear; we would not be able to make it there if your address is in one of those cities: Nederland, Lyons, Estes Park, Mead, Berthoud, Firestone, Frederick, Dacono, Brighton, Commerce City, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Golden, Denver.
- Appointments made by phone currently are not connected to our website’s appointment program, so we may already have another appointment for the time that you desire or our technician may be still on the previous appointment. Please expect our technician to show up if only your appointment request have been approved.
- Please wait for your appointment to be approved either by a phone or email. If your appointment is approved, our technician will give you his ETA and he will be there in the time period of your appointment.
- We understand that your schedule may change after you make an appointment with us, so just to make sure, our technician will get a final approval for your appointment prior to his departure by calling you or sending you email (if your phone is unavailable). Please double check your phone or email for final approval or his ETA. Failure to this approval may delay or cancel your appointment. We would reapply appreciate it if you prevent us from making an unnecessary trip.
- Please give us a call or send us an email if your appointment request stays “pending” for a long time.
- Please consider that “mobile/ we come to you service” is limited with a screen or battery replacement for iPhones only. If your housing/frame of your iPhone is damaged we may not be able to perform the necessary repair.
